Sports Recovery Massage

Recovery is not just about resting. It's about restoring the mechanical coherence that performance demands — before the next training cycle.

The Strong-But-Broken Athlete Problem

Many athletes are strong but not coherent. They have the muscle — but not the timing, the force distribution, or the tissue recovery to match. They train through tightness, work around restrictions, and compensate kinetically until something breaks down.

The telling sign: an athlete who tests strong but can't generate power efficiently in competition, or who sustains nagging injuries that won't fully heal despite rest.

"Strength without timing reinforces dysfunction. A weaker muscle firing on time outperforms a stronger muscle firing late."

What Sports Recovery Includes

Neuromuscular Massage

Releases fascial bunching, resets motor patterns, addresses the compensation chains that develop over a training block. Not a relaxation massage — a mechanical reset.

Lymphatic Drainage

Clears lactic acid, metabolic waste, and inflammatory byproducts from hard-worked muscle tissue. Reduces DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) and accelerates readiness for the next session.

Cold Laser (PBM)

At 250 Hz: strengthens tendons and ligaments, accelerates healing of micro-trauma. At 50 Hz: reduces tissue hypertonicity and speeds perfusion. Faster recovery than ice and rest alone.

Kinetic Chain Assessment

Maps which segments are underperforming and forcing compensation elsewhere — before that compensation creates an injury. Preventive work is always cheaper than repair work.
